WhatsApp Global provides access to WhatsApp Business API services, bulk messaging, chatbot development, and related marketing tools. All services are provided through official Meta-approved channels only.
You agree to use our services in compliance with:
You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending marketing messages. You may not use our services for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any content that violates WhatsApp's policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Platform fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan. Meta conversation fees are billed separately. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
WhatsApp Global is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
WhatsApp Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
